Ohhh, don't you HATE that. It's like they cramp your style when they are home....they get so underfoot.
My neighbour always says she can't wait for her OH to get back to work as he wrecks her routine. And trust me, with how busy this lady is, her routine is crucial!!
Drive to bus 1/2 hour away to get kids to school, depending on day, catering, shopping, meetings, football, tennis, music lessons, pick kids up from school if in town and more. I don't even know when she is home!!

Now, now ladies, we "mere males" have feelings too. We also have cabin fever ourselves at present. Aaaaaaaaaaaaagh !! A stable full of horses to work and every time I open the tack shed down comes the rain. Oh well, the ponies should have good grazing for some time to come at least.

I hear ya girlfriend Luckily, Rick's day job has a bit of elasticity about it regarding what needs to be done. But the poor breakers!!! Only one here right now, but we will need the ground dry before bringing anymore in.

We are soooooo tempted to stop paying the insurance. It costs anywhere from $300- to $500- a month for everything that he is covered for. We have made all of around 3 claims!!!
But as I said to him, he is now getting at an age where we would need it if he really got hurt.

Hi! I'm back in the saddle after a 30yr break. Never stopped wanting to be around horses but life got in the way! Have 3 grown up children and a non-horsey partner, chooks, goats, dog and 3 horses. Work shifts so find Riding clubs and weekend activities a bit tricky. Just bought my 1st QH 9mths ago and have been trying to get my balance......ha ha....having a ball! Wanted to join to network with more experienced horsey people for advice and info! Oh yeah! Did I mention I am completely lost when it comes to computers? I apologise if this ends up somewhere it shouldn't.....

Welcome QHB, good to see you back in the saddle after so many years. Good luck with it........ It has always amazed me how many horsey girls match up with non horsey guys. I tried with non horsey girls and it was always a disaster. Luckilly I finally found a horsey girl who can put up with me. .. lol
